Paolo Rosselli is a French hornist based in Toronto, ON and Boston, USA. Currently, Paolo is working to obtain a Masters of Music in Horn Performance from the New England Conservatory in Boston where he studies with BSO’s third horn, Michael Winter. Prior to his time in Boston, Paolo graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Music in Horn Performance and Advanced Certificate in Horn Performance. Outside of academic pursuits, Paolo has been a member of different orchestral ensembles, such as the National Youth Orchestra of Canada and Toronto Symphony Youth Orchestra. Paolo has been recognized for his performance abilities and leadership experience by being awarded the Winspear Community Grant, Anne Burrows Foundation Scholarship, Jean A. Chalmers Performance Award, Alberta Arts Council Grant and University of Toronto CRESSY Award. Altogether, Paolo is passionate about performing and teaching music, leadership in the community and creating multi-media art project.
